Position Overview:
· Frog Data is seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Executive who thrives in a true hunter role and is passionate about generating new business opportunities.· This is a field-focused outside sales position responsible for driving growth through conquest sales efforts targeting automotive dealership groups and multi-rooftop organizations nationwide.· The ideal candidate is a proven prospector who excels at opening doors, building executive-level relationships, and winning new business from competitive incumbents.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute strategic prospecting plans focused on dealership groups and multi-rooftop organizations.· Drive net-new revenue through proactive conquest sales and competitive displacement strategies.· Build relationships with Dealer Principals, Owners, General Managers, Fixed Operations Directors and executive leadership.· Present Frog Data solutions through virtual and in-person demonstrations.· Develop ROI-based proposals and manage the full sales cycle.· Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
· 5+ years of successful outside sales experience in selling automotive marketing solutions including digital marketing & advertising, service marketing & retention, website / digital retailing or related solutions. Other industry marketing experiences may be considered applicable.· Proven hunting and business development success.· Experience selling to automotive dealerships or dealership groups strongly preferred.· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
· Competitive base salary plus commissions.· OTE: $120,000 - $150,000+ annually.· Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance.· PTO, paid holidays, training and development.· Remote flexibility with field-based responsibilities.
