Director of Order & Product Management

We're looking for an experienced Director of Order & Product Management to lead one of the most critical departments in our company.

About the Role: Working closely with Sales, Engineering, Production, Purchasing, and Executive Leadership, you will help shape the future of our products, software, processes, and overall customer experience. You'll play a key role in continuously improving how we serve our dealer network while driving operational excellence across the organization. You will lead the team responsible for transforming customer orders into accurate, production-ready cabinetry designs, ensuring every order moves efficiently from quote through manufacturing while maintaining the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
