Opportunity Details Full Time Corporate Counsel Corporate CounselJOB-10047936 Anticipated Start Date November 30, 2026 Location Austin, TXType of Employment Contract to HireJob Description Review and revise vendor contracts, including master agreements, statements of work, and amendments. Coordinate the review of complex contracts by routing provisions or relevant issues to the appropriate stakeholders, consolidating comments and feedback, tracking issues to final resolution, and overseeing contract execution. Ensure vendor contracts align with business objectives throughout the contract lifecycle. Provide status on contracts throughout every stage of the contract lifecycle, including intake, review, execution, and relevant post-execution activities. Work with the Legal Transactions Group to continuously improve legal operations, including work processes, forms, software systems, training, policies, and guidebooks. Establish cross-functional relationships to solve problems that impact many company stakeholders. Partner with internal clients to ensure contractual terms align with business objectives Manage routine legal processes, such as task tracking, reporting, and working with paralegal staff Skills Required 3-5 years of relevant experience Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Software, Tools: Must be a self-starter, detail oriented, have good judgment and be able to manage multiple complex and competing priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent written and verbal communication to effectively collaborate with internal clients and stakeholders, as well as outside vendors. Education/Training/Certifications A four year bachelor's degree preferred.
