Nurse (Community Health)

Registered Nurse Provides a program of communicable disease control following applicable state, federal and tribal laws. Performs home visits, conducts individual and group education classes, and teaches through demonstration. Provides programs of maternal health care, child health care and adult health care. Counsels and refers individual clients and families to available health services. Participates in community-based groups for public health promotion and disease prevention.
