Leading complex deportation and immigration litigation, the full-time Texas Licensed Senior Immigration Attorney will provide strategic legal guidance, supervise associate attorneys, and represent clients in high-stakes cases while working in a flexible, remote environment. Key ResponsibilitiesLead complex deportation/removal defense and immigration litigation matters Represent clients before USCIS, EOIR, and BIA, handling BIA appeals and waivers Supervise associate attorneys and paralegals, providing legal guidance and mentorshipRequired QualificationsTexas Bar admission or Board Certification preferred 10+ years of U.S. immigration law experience, including removal and complex litigation Experience with EOIR, BIA appeals, and I-601/I-212 waivers Proven ability to manage complex caseloads and supervise legal staff Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and oral advocacy skills
