Senior Counsel, Mutual Funds & Investment Management

Neuberger Berman is seeking an experienced attorney in the Investment Company Act of 1940 to join its New York-based Legal and Compliance Team. You will advise on U.S. registered funds, including mutual funds, ETFs, and closed-end funds, and support intermediary distribution efforts. The role reports to the General Counsel – U.S. Registered Funds and offers exposure to senior management, diverse matters, and meaningful client contact within a collaborative environment.
