Junior Litigation Attorney

Key Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of personal injury litigation matters from filing through trial. Draft complaints, motions, discovery requests, responses, and other litigation documents. Take and defend depositions with guidance and mentorship. Attend court appearances, both remote and in person as required. Assist senior attorneys as Second Chair during trials. Collaborate with the litigation team to develop case strategy and achieve successful client outcomes.

Qualifications: Active admission to the California State Bar is required.0-3 years of litigation experience. Strong interest in litigation and trial advocacy. Excellent legal writing, research, and communication skills. Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote setting. Prior experience or demonstrated interest in personal injury law is preferred.
