Apply for this role (opens in a new tab)To support a growing Finance team, the remote Senior Accountant will manage general ledger functions, execute month-end and year-end close processes, and partner cross-functionally to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Key responsibilities:
Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close tasks, ensuring timely and accurate journal entries and account reconciliations
Support accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice-to-pay and billing, while ensuring compliance with revenue recognition standards
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes and maintain internal controls over assigned cycles
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Active CPA license required
4-6+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in public accounting and corporate accounting
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle
Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP, including ASC 606 and ASC 842
Demonstrated success in improving accounting processes and implementing controls
