Health Actuarial Strategy Consultant & Client Leader

Aon is seeking an experienced actuary to lead strategy and actuarial consulting for healthcare clients in the United States. You will focus on benefit strategy, pricing, budgeting, and bid/selection projects while taking ownership of client outcomes and mentoring junior staff. You will guide cross-functional teams, explain methodologies to clients, participate in strategic discussions, and help drive process improvements across jumbo client engagements.
