Recruiter – Energy & Industrial Infrastructure

Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment for U.S. and Canadian positions, from sourcing through offer and onboarding coordination. Recruit across commercial/sales, engineering, technical, field application, and operational functions. Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, competitor research, industry networks, and trade shows. Develop talent pipelines within the energy, utilities, electrical infrastructure, and industrial sectors. Partner with HR and hiring managers on candidate evaluation, interview coordination, and hiring decisions. Track recruiting progress, maintain candidate records, and report on pipeline activity and hiring metrics.

Required Qualifications: 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including commercial/sales and technical or engineering positions. Experience recruiting within energy, utilities, electrical equipment, power infrastructure, or industrial sectors strongly preferred. Strong passive candidate sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, and talent mapping skills. Ability to independently manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer-sponsored visa. Willingness to travel up to 15% for recruiting events, industry conferences, and trade shows. Flexibility to accommodate business needs across different time zones, including occasional evening or weekend meetings.
