Plant Controller - CFO‑level Finance Lead

Baxter seeks a Plant Controller for the Aibonito site to act as the CFO of the plant’s end-to-end finance and supply chain. You will report to the Group Controller and support a site of 900+ employees and $120M in annual production value. You’ll oversee compliance, reporting, performance management, and strategic support across operations, with a focus on continuous improvement and financial accountability in a global, matrixed environment.
