Apply for this role (opens in a new tab)Executing transactional finance activities across the procure-to-pay lifecycle, the full-time Senior Associate, Transactional Finance will ensure accurate processing of financial transactions, support operational workflows, and maintain data integrity in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
Execute P2P transactions, including requisition support, purchase order creation, invoice validation, and payment processing
Resolve transactional issues and communicate with stakeholders to ensure continuity of operations
Support financial execution for R&D activities and maintain accurate data within enterprise systemsRequired qualificationsMaster's degree, or Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or Associate's degree with 6 years of relevant experience, or High school diploma/GED with 8 years of relevant experience
Working knowledge of P2P processes and transactional finance operations
Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP, Ariba, Anaplan, or C3
Understanding of SOPs, controls, and compliance requirements
Experience in shared services or operational finance environments is preferred
