The ideal candidate for this position must be a motivated, dedicated, enthusiastic professional with excellent communication skills. He or she must also have a strong focus on quality care and prioritize client satisfaction. This includes maintaining client relationships and effectively communicating the care needs and condition of their pet. Medical records are maintained in an accurate manner and estimates are presented to clients in advance of care, as appropriate.
