Position: Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Engineer
Location:
Preference for Client HUB, but willing to hire outside of below HUB locations based on candidate fit: Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Birmingham, AL, Farmers Branch, TX, Phoenix, AZ 1. Most Preferred – Client Hubs2. Second Preferred – outside client HUB
Work Arrangement:
Fully remote Acceptable Time Zone(S): EST preferred but Flexible if located in hub outside of EST
Schedule: M-F 8-5 EST
Duration: 6 months Contract and Contract to Hire Open for Visa
Function of the group: Mitigating Risk Initiatives/projects: migrating Adobe Analytics to Adobe Customer Journey Analytics Migrate/rebuild Adobe Analytics workspaces, segments and alerts to Customer Journey Analytics Hands on experience configuring CJA connections, data views, components, metrics, segments, filters Industry background: Digital Analytics Team Dynamic: Analytics team covering all digital environments: .com, mobile app, online banking, online applications Role/responsibilities: Support migration from Adobe Analytics to Customer Journey AnalyticsConfigure component naming, persistence and attributionDevelop derived fields, calculated metrics and segmentsRecreate classification lookups, classification rules, marketing channel rulesMigrate/rebuild Adobe Analytics workspaces, segments and alerts to Customer Journey AnalyticsDevelop suitable replacement for Adobe Analytics Data Warehouse projectsHands on experience configuring CJA connections, data views, components, metrics, segments, filters Must have skills: Expert experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics is requiredExperience with Adobe Experience Platform (schemas, datastreams, datasets, connections, data views) Experience with Target Reporting in Customer Journey Analytics and joining to profile datasets is preferredStrong troubleshooting and data analysis skills Flex skills: Data analysis Soft skills: Strong collaboration and communication skills
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, or related field Stack ranking (most important to least important): CJA experience (migration from Adobe Analytics experience) Digital analytics Measurement strategy Digital platform architecture and understanding of Adobe tools

Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Engineer:
Candidates should have strong hands-on experience with Customer Journey Analytics implementations and have led successful migrations from Adobe Analytics.
