Learning Center Assistant, Student Support Services-Classic

Qualifications: The student-employee should be able to have basic technical computer knowledge. Have good communication and interpersonal skills. Must be dependable, mature, actively responsible, organized, accountable, and be able to pay attention to details. Must be able to maintain confidentiality, follow through on directions and complete assigned work in a timely manner. Must maintain a professional interactive and/or telephone manner, possess respectful verbal communication with both staff and students; and be aware of keeping a presentable casual business attire. Completed at least one (1) full semester at PCCC.Have a flexible schedule and Saturday availability. The completion of a background check will be required for the selected candidate.

Compensation: Compensation is determined by a variety of criteria, including but not limited to, previous relevant experience, education level, and certifications. The minimum hourly pay for this position is $16.

Benefits: New Jersey Sick Leave: Earn 1 hour of sick leave for every 30 hours worked with a maximum of 40 hours of leave per benefit year.
