We are seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Associate to manage complex litigation matters, represent clients before courts and tribunals, and provide strategic legal guidance across commercial and regulatory disputes.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end litigation matters before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
Draft pleadings, petitions, applications, notices, and legal opinions.
Develop litigation strategies and manage high-value disputes.
Conduct legal research and case law analysis.
Coordinate with clients, advocates, and regulatory authorities.
Mentor junior associates and review legal documentation.
Qualifications:
LL.B. / LL.M. from a recognized institution.7-12 years of litigation experience.
Strong advocacy, drafting, and research skills.
Experience handling complex commercial and corporate disputes.
