Requirements: 1 year of home health experience required Valid state license BLS certification Experience with assessment, documentation, patient education, safety, and various medical conditions Must have valid driver's license and vehicle for home visits COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption form required Flu shot or declination required, with mandatory mask-wearing at all times
