As a Financial Assistant at Ohana Fiduciary Corporation, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial team. What You'll Do:
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports.- Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions accurately and promptly.- Support the financial team in budgeting and forecasting activities.- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding financial matters.- Perform data entry and maintain financial databases with precision.- Assist in the preparation of tax documents and financial statements.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a financial support role or similar position.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with trust and estate management.- Experience in customer service or client relations.- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
