Logistics Coordinator (3PL)

Responsibilities: Manage full truckload (FTL) and less-than-truckload (LTL) shipments from pickup through final delivery. Coordinate transportation activities across the United States and Canada. Communicate directly with carriers, customers, and internal Sales teams. Track multiple shipments simultaneously to ensure on-time service. Identify and resolve delays, scheduling conflicts, and service disruptions. Maintain accurate load information, shipment records, and transportation documentation. Ensure shipment accuracy and compliance with internal operating procedures. Proactively communicate updates and service issues to customers. Contribute to a collaborative, efficient, and accountable Operations team.

Qualifications: Minimum of 1–2 years of direct experience in a third-party logistics (3PL) or freight brokerage environment required. Hands-on experience managing both FTL and LTL shipments from start to finish required. Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple active shipments simultaneously. Experience communicating and negotiating directly with transportation carriers. Familiarity with U.S. and Canadian freight transportation operations preferred. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to make decisions quickly and remain effective under pressure. Adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable following established processes. Strong team-oriented mindset and a commitment to customer service.
