American Electric Power seeks an Assistant General Counsel / Senior Counsel, FERC to lead and independently manage significant federal energy regulatory matters before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and in PJM, SPP, and MISO. AEP’s multi-region footprint offers opportunities on transmission, cost allocation, market design, interconnection and large-load issues. The role develops strategy, advises senior leaders, drafts and advocates positions, and coordinates with business teams and
