Library Public Safety & Customer Experience Specialist

The Cincinnati and Hamilton County Public Library is seeking a Public Safety Specialist to create a safe, welcoming, and secure environment by enforcing library rules and protecting property. You will engage with staff and customers, diffuse incidents, and escort violators as needed. Responsibilities include preparing incident reports, patrolling during open and closed hours, monitoring CCTV and alarms, and coordinating with Facilities for actions and maintenance.
