This is an exceptional opportunity for an early-career professional looking to grow with one of America's most respected consumer brands. The role is ideal for someone with a few years of experience after college who enjoys working with data, uncovering insights, and influencing business decisions.
What You'll Do:
As a key member of the Category & Shopper Insights team, you'll help drive sales and brand strategy through analytics, consumer insights, and retailer partnerships.
Responsibilities include:
- Analyzing shopper, category, and syndicated data to identify business opportunities
- Supporting sales and marketing teams with data-driven recommendations
- Developing insights around pricing, promotions, shelving, and product distribution
- Partnering with retailers and internal stakeholders to drive category growth
- Creating impactful presentations that influence strategic decisions
- Serving as a trusted resource for category management and shopper behavior insights
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Approximately 2+ years of professional experience following graduation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities
- Experience in CPG, retail, category management, sales analytics, market research, trade marketing, or other highly analytical business environments is highly preferred
- Ability to communicate insights effectively to business partners and leadership teams
