Production Associate – Industrial Manufacturing Details: Temp-to-Hire position$ 18.23 to $ 19.23 / hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:30am to 05:00pm) Operate production machinery and manufacturing equipment safely. Assemble and package finished products according to company products for quality and report any defects or inconsistencies. Load raw materials and unload finished products. Maintain production quotas while following safety and quality standards. Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of work areas. Read and follow work instructions and production schedules. Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to improve efficiency. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements. Production Associate – Industrial Manufacturing Qualifications: Must be able to successfully pass a basic math assessment as part of the hiring process. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift. Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Reliable attendance and a positive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
