Litigation Attorney

Allstate is seeking a skilled attorney to join our in-house litigation team in New York. You will lead RICO-based and other fraud-related litigation, conduct investigations, and work with SIU to defend the company against complex fraud schemes. Strong writing, negotiation, and courtroom skills are essential as you advocate for the company in State and Federal courts. Ideal candidates hold a Juris Doctorate and NY Bar, with 4+ years of experience, and are proficient in MS Office.
