Role: Salesforce Technical Product Owner
Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid)

Job Description:
- Must Have Technical/Functional Skills 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Technical PM in Salesforce projects
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Flows, Apex, and LWCExperience with Agile/Scrum, backlog management, user story writing, and acceptance criteria
- Knowledge of Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft) and data migration concepts
- Familiarity with Salesforce Data Modeling, ETL/Data Migration, and Data Governance
- Experience with Generative AI/Agentic AI tools and Salesforce Einstein AI/Agentforce
- Salesforce Administrator certification (mandatory); Platform App Builder or Business Analyst certification preferred
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with business, architects, and development teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Support integration, data migration, and platform enhancement initiatives.
- Drive Agile ceremonies, release planning, and stakeholder communication.
- Leverage AI tools to improve story creation, documentation, and delivery efficiency.
