What You'll Do:
- Research state websites and public records following established guidelines
- Review search results and determine which information matters most
- Prioritize findings and accurately enter information into company systems
- Work across two computer systems simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
- Perform accurate, efficient data entry
- Coordinate research projects while meeting quality and productivity goals
- What You'll BringData entry, research, administrative, or similar office experience is a plus
- Comfortable with fast, accurate data entry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and Adobe Acrobat
- Strong computer and typing skills
- Great attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multi-step processes without losing focus
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Comfortable making decisions in situations without a clear-cut answer
- Ability to retain and process large amounts of information
- Self-motivated with strong time management
