JOB DESCRIPTION: The firm is hiring an Investor Relations Associate.
Responsibilities include:
-Serve as a resource for current and prospective investors, providing timely and accurate communications-Support all investor communications, including the creation and distribution of ad hoc reports and other investor focused deliverables-Maintain and optimize the CRM system, ensuring up-to-date records on investor balances, transactions and related activities-Enhance process efficiency and effectiveness of investor relations workflows to drive process optimizationJOB REQUIREMENTS:-1-3+ years of relevant experience in investment consulting, investment banking, private banking or a related field-Undergraduate degree from a top institution is required-Strong quantitative, analytical, and organizational skills with a high attention to detail-Exceptional communication skills
