Manufacturing Quality Inspector Level 3

What You'll Do: Perform dimensional and visual inspections on raw materials, in-process parts, and finished goods Conduct Magnetic Particle, Liquid Penetrant, Visual, and Ultrasonic inspections Provide testing and inspection support for all production and quality processes Identify quality issues, recommend solutions, and implement corrective actions Assist with investigation and resolution of customer complaints Complete detailed inspection reports and manage electronic documentation Support the team in continuous quality improvement initiatives

What You Bring: 5+ years inspection experience in manufacturing/quality control High School diploma or GED equivalentASNT TCIA Level II Certified (NDT)Strong understanding of quality control systems and procedures Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications Proficient in math (fractions, decimals, algebra, trigonometry, geometry)Basic computer skills (Email, Word, Excel)Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must have inspection capabilities – basic inspection tool knowledge, accurately read a tape measure, calipers, micrometers, and gages.

Physical Requirements: Prolonged standing and frequent walking Occasional bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling Some repetitive activity Light to heavy physical effort as needed Ability to lift 10 lbs. frequently, 20+ lbs. occasionally, and 30+ lbs. with assistance Why Join Us?
