This is a Base + Commission role paid through a W2.1st year OTE = $85,000 with top 50% clearing $100,000 in year 1. 2nd year OTE = $120,000 with top 20% clearing $150,000 in year 2. Share the value of being properly protected by your insurance policy Tell stories of insurance claims gone right AND wrong. Engage in daily practice and drills to improve your skills.
