Job Description: Analysts will work on private equity deal sourcing and live deal execution across as a generalist across a range of target industries, analyze exit opportunities, and monitor portfolio companies. Analysts are involved in transaction due diligence, valuation analysis, LBO modeling, debt and equity financing structuring, and contract negotiation. Analysts will execute and manage proprietary deal sourcing initiatives and support LFG's business development and marketing initiatives as a firm. Responsibilities: Analysts will be responsible for a broad range of responsibilities, including: Financial analysis, modeling, and investment memo preparation. Acquisition due diligence, financing, and execution. Business, Industry, and competitive analysis. Acquisition target sourcing and evaluation. Investor relations. Participating in our in-person networking events with CEOs, advisors, and lenders. Developing and executing other internal initiatives for the firm.

Qualifications: LFG is seeking a highly motivated, smart, and driven self-starter with: A bachelor’s degree from a well-regarded university. Must have at least 1 year of Investment Banking or Private Equity Analyst experience (deal execution role).Must have a future desire to relocate to Dallas and/or family, friends, or educational history (network) in Dallas or Texas. Strong analytical background with understanding of financial statements and LBO modeling. Superior communication skills and knowledge of business strategy and finance.
