Tax Manager

Summary: As a manager in the Tax Division, you will be t the Tax Division, you will be taking care of the below duties.

Essential Duties: Tax consultation when expanding into the US Preparation of US tax return Correspondence with US tax authorities Creation of documents in Japanese and English Tax research (US tax, Japan-US tax treaty, etc.) Working Hours, Working style 8:30~17:30 Woking Location Indianapolis, IN Salary/Benefit 100K~140K(DOE) Holidays Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays

Qualifications: Five to eight year experience in corporate income tax compliance, tax accounting, and tax consulting – BA/BS degree from an accredited college/university – Licensed CPA or EA – Demonstrate leadership, problem solving, and solid oral and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills – Strong technical skills in tax compliance and tax research – Manage, develop and mentor staff, assisting with professional growth and development of staff – Ability to read/write/communicate in Japanese is preferred - Fluent in Japanese and English
