Business Development Coordinator (Law Firm)

Responsibilities: Support strategic business development initiatives designed to strengthen client relationships, identify cross-selling opportunities, and expand existing engagements. Assist with the preparation of pitches, RFP responses, proposals, and customized client presentations. Conduct research on prospective clients, existing clients, competitors, and market trends to support attorney outreach and business development strategies. Coordinate legal directory, ranking, and award submissions, including gathering information from attorneys, drafting content, and managing submission deadlines. Support the planning and execution of client events, sponsorships, seminars, conferences, and networking initiatives. Coordinate conference attendance, sponsorship opportunities, speaker submissions, and post-event follow-up activities. Assist with thought leadership initiatives, including article placements, speaking engagements, and attorney marketing efforts. Maintain and update representative matters, deal lists, case studies, and practice group experience materials. Manage and update the firm's CRM database, ensuring data integrity and supporting targeted business development campaigns. Assist with website content updates, social media initiatives, and marketing collateral development. Support departmental budgeting, expense tracking, vendor invoice processing, and administrative functions. Coordinate with external marketing, branding, and design vendors as needed. Assist with additional marketing and business development projects as assigned.

Qualifications: 1–2 years of marketing and/or business development experience within a law firm required. Experience with Adobe InDesign, Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator preferred. Experience working with CRM databases and marketing technology platforms preferred. Bachelor’s degree required.

Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 Non-Exempt position. Overtime eligible after 35 hours worked per week. Comprehensive benefits package available.
