In-House Immigration & Employment Counsel

Research Foundation of The City University of New York (RFCUNY) seeks a Staff Counsel specializing in employment-based immigration to advise on immigration and employment law matters. The role entails end-to-end case handling for about 100 active petitions annually and collaboration with HR and Legal Affairs leadership. You will monitor deadlines, maintain case records, and liaise with researchers, administrators, and CUNY personnel while supporting governance and contracts work as needed.
