You will take ownership of: M&A transactions Joint ventures Debt and equity financings This team wants someone who can hit the ground running and handle matters with limited day-to-day supervision.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of broad corporate experience
- Strong private-practice training
- Comfortable running deals independently
- Business-minded and responsive5–6+ years’ experience
- Experience representing small to mid-size companies
- Exposure to real estate-adjacent corporate work
