Footwear Color Designer I - Palette & CAD Specialist

Altra is seeking a Color Designer I, Footwear to help shape seasonal color stories for our footwear line. You will translate creative direction into color concepts, develop CADs, and support tech packs while partnering with design, product, merchandising and development teams. Work closely with senior color leadership to refine palettes, materials, and finishes, and contribute to compelling design presentations that communicate color concepts and product direction.
