Executive CTO Advisor

Role Summary: As an Executive CTO Advisor, you will partner with executive leadership and technology organizations across client engagements to shape technology strategy, accelerate delivery of high-impact programs, and advise on organizational transformation. You will act as a trusted advisor to CTOs and CIOs, aligning technology direction with business strategy, mitigating technical risk, and driving accelerated value delivery.

Key Responsibilities: Advise client executive teams (CTOs, CIOs, business executives) on technology strategy, architecture, operating models, and transformation roadmaps. Assess current-state technology landscapes and define target-state visions aligned with strategic business goals. Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives to accelerate delivery, improve governance, and reduce operational and technical risk. Guide clients on cloud strategy, modern engineering practices, data & AI adoption, and enterprise architecture. Coach and mentor client technology leaders and delivery teams to elevate technical capabilities and execution rigor. Facilitate executive decision-making, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes for major technology investments. Support client relationship development, proposal contributions, and strategic advisory initiatives.

Qualifications: Proven track record advising C-level technology leaders (CTOs/CIOs) at scale, ideally within management/technology consulting or senior in-house executive roles. Deep expertise across enterprise technology landscapes, cloud platforms, modern software engineering, data architecture, and agile delivery. Demonstrated success leading large-scale technology transformations that delivered measurable business value. Strong executive presence, communication, and stakeholder management skills with experience presenting to executive leadership and boards. Ability to assess complex technical environments quickly and provide pragmatic, actionable guidance.

Compensation: Salary Range: $275,000 - $343,700 USD
