Key responsibilities:
Lead the preparation and review of complex real estate partnership tax returns while addressing technical tax matters
Mentor and develop Senior Associates and Associates through hands-on coaching during the tax preparation and review process
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic insights and managing large, complex accounts to ensure exceptional client satisfaction
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in accounting
Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
A minimum of 8 years of experience in public accounting
Experience providing tax services to real estate partnerships
Demonstrated success in building and managing client relationships
