We're looking for an experienced professional to lead our AI educational content: someone who understands how AI works, where policy and standards are heading, and how to turn that into content people genuinely want to read and watch. You'll collaborate directly with distinguished contributors, including professors from the world's leading universities, CEOs and other senior leaders, to shape and refine the material they put their name to. It's a role for someone who takes pride in getting things right and who holds accuracy, judgment and polish to a high standard.
What you'll do:
Research, write and produce standout educational content: courses, briefings, explainers, articles, video and talk scripts Partner with senior contributors: interview, draft, review and refine until the content meets their standards and sounds like them Fact-check every AI claim and hold accurate, defensible positions on contested topics Track AI policy, regulation and standards (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, national frameworks) and translate them for non-technical audiences Build and maintain the content library, style guide and review process Be willing to travel domestically and internationally when needed for events, recordings and contributor sessions (Travel expenses covered by the company)
What you bring:
2+ years in AI policy, and 5+ years in technology or related policy (Mandatory)A strong grasp of how AI systems work (no coding required) and of the global AI regulatory and standards landscapeA track record as a content creator, a portfolio of published educational or explanatory work that people engaged with Experience working with senior leaders, academics or public figures; discretion, reliability and a thick skin for feedback Flexibility to occasionally shift your hours to work with people in other time zones Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when the work calls for it
Nice to have:
AIGP or similar certification, instructional design experience, policy or law background Engagement details 1099 independent contractor, full-time (40 hrs/week)Initial 6-month term with the option to extend Remote within the US.EligibilityUS residents with current US work authorization only.
