Girl Scouts of Southern Arizona is seeking a passionate, results-driven Membership Operations & Growth Manager to help lead the growth of Girl Scouting across Southern Arizona. This is more than a membership position. It is an opportunity to create access, build community, develop leaders, recruit volunteers, launch new troops, and ensure thousands of girls have the opportunity to experience the life-changing benefits of Girl Scouting. The Membership Operations & Growth Manager serves as the operational leader responsible for transforming ambitious goals into measurable action and meaningful impact. This role oversees recruitment execution, volunteer pipeline development, troop formation, retention initiatives, community partnerships, and county-level membership growth efforts throughout Southern Arizona. This is a highly visible, high-energy leadership role for someone who thrives both in the field and behind the scenes. One day you may be building partnerships with school districts, community organizations, and business leaders. The next, you may be coaching staff, solving troop development challenges, launching recruitment campaigns, or helping a new volunteer take the first steps toward leading a troop.
