Monitor functional aspects of DTS to ensure continued successful operation. Review and examine all travel claims submitted by unit members. Verifies personal information is correct, such as: address, phone number, email address, bank information, split disbursement to GTC card is annotated on voucher. Examines and verifies for adequacy, legality, propriety, and completeness a full range of vouchers and documentation for travel and travel-related expenses and shipment/storage of household goods. Monitors user information and controls user access to Privacy Act Information and travel documents. Establish the Certifying Officer appointment process.
