Intellectual Property Attorney Associate (Mid-to-Senior Level) – Technology Transactions

Mid-to-Senior Level Intellectual Property Associate Direct Counsel is seeking a Mid-to-Senior Level Intellectual Property Associate to join a sophisticated Technology Transactions practice. This position is ideal for an attorney with substantial law firm experience handling complex commercial technology transactions, intellectual property matters, and the IP/commercial components of M&A and other corporate transactions. The successful candidate will work with both early-stage and later-stage/public technology companies on sophisticated commercial and strategic transactions. Locations Boston, MANew York, NYSilicon Valley, CASan Francisco, CASanta Monica, CAResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and negotiate a broad range of complex technology and commercial agreements. Advise technology companies on sophisticated intellectual property and contractual matters. Counsel both emerging-growth and later-stage/public companies on commercial transactions. Advise clients on the intellectual property and commercial aspects of M&A and other corporate transactions. Conduct and assist with IP and commercial contract diligence in connection with strategic transactions. Identify and address intellectual property, contractual, and commercial risks. Collaborate with corporate attorneys and other practice groups on complex transactions. Provide practical, business-oriented advice regarding intellectual property ownership, contractual rights, and commercial relationships. Manage sophisticated transactional matters while maintaining direct client contact.
