Quality Specialist

Key Responsibilities: Manage and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) Monitor supplier performance through audits, scorecards, and corrective actions Investigate customer quality issues and drive root cause resolution Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and industry requirements Maintain supplier qualifications, certifications, and compliance documentation Support customer requests for testing reports, certifications, and compliance records Develop quality metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools Lead continuous improvement and CAPA initiatives to enhance product quality and supplier performance

Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Compliance, Supplier Quality, or Regulatory Affairs Experience in manufacturing, packaging, industrial products, plastics, or distribution environments preferred Knowledge of ISO 9001, supplier audits, CAPA, root cause analysis, and quality systems Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and quality management software ASQ, Lean Six Sigma, or ISO Auditor certifications are a plus

Salary Range: $75,000-$90,000
