Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee relations matters and provide guidance to employees and managers
- Assist with investigations, documentation, and resolution of workplace concerns
- Manage and track workers' compensation claims, documentation, and communication
- Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Support additional HR initiatives and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- 12 years of HR experience required
- Experience with employee relations and workers' compensation preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
