Global Fund Accounting Training Consultant

Northern Trust is seeking a Fund Accounting Training Consultant to design, deliver, and evaluate learning solutions for the Fund Accounting function. You will work with management, SMEs and stakeholders to define outcomes and develop curricula that scale across locations. The role requires 3–5 years in Fund Accounting and strong communication, plus experience with ADDIE and tools like Captivate, Articulate, Power BI, Copilot and Microsoft 365.
