Claims Coordinator

Location: Santa Ana, CA

Schedule: M-F 7 am to 3:30 pm

What You'll Do: Review and manage internal shipping trace requests, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution. Proactively communicate with carriers to investigate and resolve issues related to delayed, lost, or missing shipments. Maintain accurate, real-time records of trace progress and carrier updates in Google Sheets for full visibility and audit readiness. Triage aging traces (over 5 business days) and escalate to carriers to secure timely resolutions and prevent service delays. Deliver exceptional internal customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and concerns related to shipping traces. Collaborate closely with other departments to confirm shipments have been completed.

Who You Are: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred 2+ years of customer service or administrative experience Previous experience in surveillance or security would be an asset Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Excellent organization and communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to manage time while prioritizing multiple tasks Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suite Products Knowledge of Salesforce would be an asset
