Home Stylist - Chestnut Hill

Responsibilities: Create an appointment-based client experience and cultivate customer relationships. Drive sales with in-store and online clients using technology. Support merchandising, fulfillment, and operational standards, including floor and fitting room upkeep. Share information about loyalty programs and support the shopping experience from start to finish.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Resourcefulness, adaptability, and ability to work independently and collaboratively. Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use computers and other technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
