Your Day?
Attracting new clients to Comm PayHR's services.
Managing and growing existing client relationships to increase retention and revenue.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with (Centers of Influence/COIs) to generate referrals.
Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas based on the annual sales plan.
Partner with the Sales Leader to track activity, milestones, and scorecard metrics.
Collaborate with the Marketing team on campaigns to attract direct clients and expand the COI network.
Participate in professional networking groups and events to grow your professional connections.
