ASTA RESORT is a contemporary resort wear brand founded in Sydney, Australia in 2021 by sisters Helena and Jasmine Ammitzboell. We make pieces for life’s most beautiful moments, and we design them to be kept kept as heirlooms. Every collection is built on artisanal craft: hand-beading, hand-crochet and paillette yarn, techniques that take time and skilled hands. Today we dress women around the world from our boutiques in Paddington, Sydney and SoHo, New York, and online. Our team is small and close-knit, working across both cities. ASTA RESORT is hiring reliable, detail-oriented and energetic people to join our team as Seasonal Fulfilment Associates. You’ll join our Brooklyn warehouse team through the busiest stretch of our year: November to early December, including Black Friday and Cyber Monday. You’ll report to the Warehouse & Fulfilment Manager and work alongside the wider warehouse team. Your job is to make sure every order reaches our customers accurately, on time and packed with the care our pieces deserve. Many of the pieces you’ll handle are hand-beaded and hand-crocheted, so the attention to details count. The main areas you’ll own: Order fulfilment: Pick, pack and ship e-commerce orders accurately and to schedule, presenting each one beautifully. Stock processing: Scan and process inbound and outbound stock using barcode scanners, keeping inventory counts clean and accurate. Warehouse floor: Keep the floor organised, tidy and running smoothly so the team can move quickly through peak volume. Teamwork: Work closely with the Warehouse & Fulfilment Manager and the team to hit daily dispatch targets. Skills you’ll have:
