Stroke Program Coordinator (RN) - Quality & Care Improvement Lead

Advocate Health's High Point Medical Center is seeking a Stroke Program Coordinator to lead the development and evaluation of evidence‐based stroke care protocols and quality initiatives. You will coordinate stroke patient care across the continuum with physicians, nursing staff, and families to promote seamless, patient‐centered care. The role requires RN licensure in NC, a BSN, CPR, NIHSS, and at least 5 years in ICU/ED/Neurologic nursing, plus quality improvement experience.
