Job Title: Medical Assistant Float (IM + OB/GYN)

Department: Clinical Operations

Reports To: Site Manager (day-to-day) and Regional Clinical Operations LeadFLSA Status - Non-Exempt (Hourly) Work Locations - True Health NY sites across Brooklyn, Queens, and Long Island (as assigned)

Schedule: Full-time preferred (40 hours/week). Occasional early/late shifts and Saturdays based on coverage needs.

Travel Requirement: Required; must be able to travel between sites with short notice per staffing needs. Compensation (Recommended for NY Market Float Role) Component - Amount - NotesBase Hourly Rate (Float Role) - $26.00$32.00 per hour - Placement based on experience, certifications, and IM/OB competency. Saturday Premium - +$2.00 per hour - Applies to scheduled Saturday shifts.
